Sometimes we become attached to our outcome. We think it’s the outcome that we want. The attachment causes stress, it causes longing, it causes desire and creates a tension between where you are now and where you want to be.
One of the biggest things learnt over the years is detaching from the outcome.
John Grinder once said ‘An Outcome is a conscious mind construct set by the unconscious to obscure the real goal’ (or something like that!)
