The Alchemy Wheel | Part 1 – Identifying The Change Space

The Alchemy Wheel is designed to help you find the right place for where you don’t have the Feel Good Factor. This allows you to understand ‘WHY’ you have the habits you have and do the things you do. In a sense it lets you see very quickly problematic contexts of your life as well as giving you a snapshot view on your overall LIFE patterns.

The Alchemy Wheel is completely scalable and allows you to drill down into the minutiae of behaviours if so desired.

It uses a similar process to the wheel of life, though has a radical departure and far more effective in order to leverage the right place to create the change.

Most coaches or books that use the wheel of life, miss the fundamental power of what this offers. But no longer, because in this series you get to know it and use it.

In using The Alchemy Wheel you can quickly locate the right place that has the most impact and leverage in changing the difficult habits.

These habits are a result of you trying to find quick replacements for a change in state i.e. to get ‘The Feel Good ‘ feeling.

These habits are sometimes identified as such things as smoking, eating chocolates/biscuits, drinking alcohol etc.

Q) How did you find using the Alchemy Wheel?

Q) Have you used the Wheel of Life before? and what effect did that have for you?

“Uuhhhh, finance…” Nice tonal marking there Rob. 🙂 I like the ‘chunking down’ aspect of this exercise and look forward to the upcoming videos!
