Why don’t you just eliminate the negative beliefs – try Emmote and learn how to do it!

Annie, I agree, this is what the next video on Monday 28th Nov is all about. How to change the beliefs.

    Good work Rob,

A nice synthesis of two central ideas with other stuff applied from belief change to give a nice framework for ACTUALLY DOING IT. 😉

I agree about potential blocks and conflict of values which tends to manifest as paralysis. It’s worth replaying the whole video again to pick on themes possibly missed first time round and to get a double description from applying stuff later in the video to stuff talked about in the latter part.

@Annie Moyes Sometimes two positive intentions or held values can create paralysis – not just a negative belief. Rob did demonstrate an elimination of a negative belief through moving across the matrix and effectively ‘softening’ it up in discrete steps. Some people find this way a more gentle, believable way of change than a digital step from belief A to belief B. In my humble opinion.
