Beliefs and Values apply the permission and motivation as to whether you or I can, will or need to do a task.
By knowing and understanding the relationships between what we call in NLP 'Model Operators' in sentence structures, we can determine, the level of importance, permission and motivation that someone will use to achieve an outcome.
I'd just like to add, by email, my thanks to you for all
you did this past weekend. Perhaps you're aware, maybe you're not, that a
number of emails have flown around amongst us all about the weekend, all of
which have a similar, beautiful, trusting, connected thread. Of course, you are
an enormous part of that: enabling us to connect in the way we did. I think you
have an incredible skill - well, set of skills. The things you do are a
combination of fun, cool, useful, well-delivered, well-planned, etc - but MOST
importantly, you have an energy, spirit and power to very subtly connect with
each of us and to unite us, and empower us to share your message openly. That
is rare. And special. It's heartened me that a few fellow group-members have
said they will take the Practioner training with you, because (at the very
least!) you deserve to have things such as that come from the weekend. I can't
do it this Oct, as I mentioned, but am very keen to do it next year.

As a musician, I've met with, and studied with, some of
the most extraordinary people over the years. The things you offered (in the
broadest sense) to us all last weekend was just as extraordinary. A subtle

During my time learning with Rob on the practitioner course I underwent some real eye opening changes. It helped me to learn new things about myself and why I sometimes do the things I do - but more importantly gave me the techniques to use to help me change / control my mental emotional states better, say 'no' more to others and get rid of unwanted behaviours.
I found the course to be quite intensive,. as you are taking in so much and changes can happen within.
It is definitly a course to do if you want to improve your own life, improving your business or how you work, or if you are intersted in helping others.
The course was in August 09 and we were lucky to an assistant helper Maria who was a great help. The group size was small so it was erfoect for this kind of work, allowing lots of personal training, coaching and time by the trainers if needed.
I would urge anyone who is interested in this course to follow their instincts and contact Rob about it. I had a lot of questions before hand and he always takes time to go through them with you. A lot of the course is about trusting yourself, your own intuition and gut feeling so follow your own intuition and do what is best for you.
My personal experience of this course was, thought challenging in many ways, great. I am so glad I did it and feel it has helped me to make more doors open for me in my life and in a relatively short space of time. 6-7 weeks ago I did the course, just because I feel differently about myself now.
